| 摘 要： | 随新一轮基础教育课程改革的全面推进,加强通识教育培养高素质的教师队伍已成当务之急,本文主要论述了实施通识教育的必要性和成人高等师范教育实施通识教育的途径,强调了实施通识教育对于深化成人高等师范教育的改革和发展具有不容忽视的现实意义。
