甘薯产量、干率和薯瘟病抗性的遗传趋势

摘    要:研究了甘薯主要经济性状的遗传趋势。结果表明,鲜薯产量广义遗传力较低,呈现非加性效应遗传为主,高产育种选配亲本组合除注意表型选择外,还应考虑配合力。但产量的表型、遗传变异系数较大,具有较高的育种选择潜力。薯干率加性效应遗传占绝对优势,高薯干率育种一般从表型组配亲本组合可获预期效果,但育种选择潜力较低。抗薯瘟菌群1(Pb—1)呈现受主效基因控制的质量遗传,并以加性效应遗传为主,且母本抗性遗传占较大优势,这对抗性育种有重要参考价值。

Abstract:The study was conducted with sweet potato to find out the gene- tic variation tendency in regard to three major economic characters.The results indicated that broad-sense heritability on tuber yield was relatively low,which performed mainly in non-additive genetic effect.It suggests that phenotype selection and combining ability should be considered in combining parents on high-yield breeding program.Genotypic and pheno- typic variation coefficicents with tuber yield were some high,which indi- cated high breeding selection potential in the charater.Dry chip percentage was domantly performed in additive genetic effect,which made it possible to predict the results from phenotype combining,but breeding selection potential was low.Resistance to bacterial wilt I(Pb—1)was controlled by major gene and showed qualitative heredity,which was largely in addi- tive genetic effect and domantly affected by female parent.The inform- atiom is very useful in breeding program for resistance to bacterial wilt.
