| 摘 要： | 本文报告了观察花蕾直径和花药颜色是茶树减数分胞的形态指标,当蕾径是4.5—5.5毫米而花药为黄色时,性母细胞成熟,温度是影响减数分裂主要的境环因素,在日平均温度24—29℃减数分裂高峰期取样是观察染色体活动的最佳时刻。

| Abstract: | In this paper the diameter of the flower bud and the colour of the anther are taken as the meiosis index in tea plants. When the former is 4.5m. m-5. 5m.m and the latter becomes yellowish white, the phase auxocyte has had its maturation. The variation of the temperature is a cardinal environmental factor affecting meiosis. For the best observation of the activities of chromosomes, it is desirable that samples be obtained at the peak phase of meiosis at an average temperature of 24℃—29℃. |
