模糊综合评价法在水电工程环境影响评价中的应用

摘    要:随着环境问题的日益突出,环境评价也变得至关重要,而环境评价的关键问题是评价方法的选择。尤其是在水电工程环境影响评价中,由于水电工程项目涉及到众多的复杂现象及多种因素的作用,因此对其进行环境影响评价是比较复杂,并且目前尚未形成有效的评价体系。本文以某水电工程项目为例,运用模糊综合评价法对其环境影响进行了综合评价。结果表明,该方法较好地解决了在水电工程评价中存在的大量的模糊概念及模糊现象问题,是一种比较实用的水电工程环境影响综合评价方法。

The Application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment Method for Environmental Impact Assessment of Hydropower Project
Abstract:Environmental assessment is becoming more and more important with increasing of environmental problems, and the selecting of assessing method is crucial . Especially, in environmental impact assessment of hydropower project, due to hydropower projects relate functions of more complicated aspects and factors; therefore it is hard to evaluating environmental impacts of hydropower project. At present it hasn' t form any effective system yet. In this paper, fuzzy comprehensive assessing is applied to the comprehensive assessment of environmental impact of certain hydropower project .The results show that the method is a practical comprehensive assessing method for environmental impact assessment of hy, dropower project with such advantages as better solving the problems of fuzzy concepts and aspects in the hydropower project assessing.
