嫁接对西瓜枯萎病抗性的影响

以 5种野生葫芦科植物为砧木 ,栽培品种黑蜜 2号为接穗 ,研究了嫁接对西瓜枯萎病抗性的影响。其结果表明 ,嫁接西瓜苗对西瓜枯萎病的抗性明显提高 ,其中以丰乐葫芦为砧木的嫁接西瓜苗对西瓜枯萎病的抗性最好 ,而且 5种砧木与接穗间都有很强的亲和性 ,嫁接西瓜苗成活率都在 90 %以上 ,丰乐葫芦是嫁接西瓜亲和力与防治西瓜枯萎病的最佳砧木。嫁接西瓜苗生长势强 ,表现在嫁接的西瓜苗根系发达 ,叶片粗大 ,蔓长 ,茎粗

Effects of Graft on the Resistance to Withered Wilt of Watermelon

A cultivated watermelon variety as scion was grafted on 5 wild cucurbitaceous species as rootstock.The effects of graft on resistance to withered wilt of watermelon were studied.The results demonstrated that there was high affinity between every rootstock of 5 wild species and scion,all the survival rate of grafted plants was above 90%.It also indicated that the grafted plants were better not only in their resistant levels to withered wilt,but also in root system,diameter of stem and leaf.The resistances of grafted plants with Fenglehulu were more excellent than the otheres.According to resistant levels,Fenglehulu was the best rootstock.
