区域粮食安全视角下的粮食产量与农村流动人口分析——以上海市为例

对上海市18a的粮食产量和农村流动人口的实证分析发现,农村流动人口的增加并不能导致区域粮食产量增加,农村流动人口与区域粮食产量二者之间存在反向变动关系。为了维护区域粮食安全,从流出地与流人地两个角度,针对农村流动人口流动前、后两种情况,分别提出了引导农村流动人口和实现区域粮食增产的具体建议。

Analysis of Grain Yield and Rural Floating Population from the Aspect of Regional Grain Security -A Case Study of Shanghai City

The results, which were from empirical analysis of grain yield and rural floating population during recent 18 years in Shanghai City, indicated that the increase of rural floating population can not lead the increase of regional grain yield, and there was a reverse variation relationship between the rural floating population and regional grain yield. In order to protect the regional grain security, according to two conditions of rural floating population that were before floating and after floating, some advises were proposed separately that leading rural floating population and achieving the increase of regional grain yield from two aspects that outflow places and inflow places.
