不同浓度海水营养液对Hymec膜栽培生菜的影响

摘    要:以意大利耐抽薹生菜为试材,研究了不同浓度海水营养液对Hymec膜栽培生菜生长、品质及体内N、P、K含量的影响。结果表明,Hymec膜栽培条件下,10%海水营养液处理生菜的叶宽、叶片数、地上部干重显著高于对照,当海水浓度达到25%时生菜生长受到显著抑制,且随海水浓度升高受抑制程度加剧,75%海水营养液处理生菜出现一定程度枯死;除可溶性糖和硝酸盐外,10%海水营养液处理生菜的品质、N、P、K含量与对照差异均不显著,而25%海水营养液处理的可溶性糖、硝酸盐、游离氨基酸、Vc含量显著高于对照,P、K含量显著低于对照。表明利用Hym ec膜栽培可减轻一定浓度海水营养液对生菜的伤害。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of nutrient solution with seawater at different concentrations on the growth,quality and N,P,K content of lettuce cultivated by Hymec, the authors performed experiments on Italian very late bolt lettuce. The results showed that un- der Hymec cultivation, leaf width,leaf number and shoot dry weight of 10% nutrient solution with seawater were significantly higher than control; when the concentration of seawater increased to 25%, the growth of lettuce was significantly inhibited and the inhibitive degree raised with the concentration of seawater increased, the lettuce of 75% seawater treatment died to a certain extent. Except for soluble sugar and nitrate, the quality,N,P,K content of lettuce in the treatment of 10% seawater nutrient solution were not significantly different from control, but the soluble sugar,nitrate,free amino acids and Vc content of 25% seawater treatment were significantly higher than control, P and K content reversed. It indicated that Hymec cultivation could alleviate the injury of nutrient solution with seawater at a stated concentration to lettuce.
