抛掷成穴式水稻精量直播排种器试验

摘    要:根据水稻精量直播要求既成行又成穴的原则,提出了将谷物清选筛原理用于水稻精量穴直播排种器的设计思想,研制了一种抛掷成穴式水稻精量直播排种机构;排种粒数和种子成穴性的试验结果表明,能实现每次2~6粒的精量穴播,穴径、穴距和行距符合直播要求。

Abstract:A precision rice direct-seeding mechanism was designed by the theory of grain grading-sifter and a V-channel metering pan was made. The rice seeds will throw out once for each vibration of the V-channel metering pan. The experiments of the precision rice direct-seeding were conducted to test the number of rice seeds thrown out, the diameter of the hill, the average hill spacing and the average row spacing, the variability of the hill spacing, and the row spacing. The experimental results concluded that the test parameters could meet the requirments of design.
