摘    要:利用ISSR技术对3个甜玉米组合及其父、母本自交系共9个材料进行鉴定,从30条引物中筛选出4条扩增条带清晰、多态性较高的引物,共扩增出31条DNA带,其中24条DNA带具有多态性,多态性比率为77.4%。对9个玉米材料的亲缘关系进行聚类分析,9个甜玉米材料分为两个类群。

Abstract:To study purity identification of sweet corn seeds, ISSR markers were used to screen in 9 materials of sweet corn. Four primers were screened out from 30 ISSR primers totally to amplify the sweet corn genome DNAs of 9 materials effectively and 31 sites were amplified out totally, including 24 polymorphism sites with polymorphism rate of 77.4%. All of the 9 materials could be differentiated from each other based on the fingerprints established by these specific bands. The systematical cluster analysis conducted with UPGMA showed that 9 sweet corn materials could be divided into two groups.
