| 摘 要： | 城市林业是对树木和森林进行培育和管理，“把森林引入城市，使城市坐落在森林之中”意义重大，有利于城市空气净化，缓解城市热岛效应，满足居民回归自然的需要，更好地建设和谐城市。其建设原则有：生态效益优先、重视乡土树种、形成乔灌草结合的植物群落、城乡造林一体化、以人为本等。在建设城市林业的过程中，要在城区见缝插绿，加大园林投入，重视城市林业发展的法律等制度建设，扶持郊区林业发展，提倡绿色环保交通。
