摘    要:营养液培养条件下研究缺硼反应没的棉花品种苗期对B、P、K、Ca、Mg吸收和分配的差异。结果表明,缺硼显著抑制棉花对B、P、K、Mg的吸收,敏感品种9706受抑,制程度更严重,同时,缺硼还影响这些元素在2品种体内的分配,地下部分配比降低,地下部分配比增加,不敏感品种9702变化幅度更大,缺硼也抑制棉花对Ca的吸收,并影响其在植株各部位的分配,但品种之间无明显差异。

Abstract:The differences of the uptake and distribution of B, P, K, Ca and Mg between two cotton cultivars responding differently to B deficiency were studied during seedling period in the solution culture. The experiments showed B deficiency inhibited the uptake of B, P, K, Mg in cotton, which was displayed more distinctly in the B inefficient cultivar than the B efficient one. Moreover, the distribution of these nutrients in cotton plant was affected by B deficiency, the nutrients' distribution rate in roots was reduced, raised in shoots, but the extent of change was larger in the B efficient cultivar. The results indicated the higher capability of nutrient uptake and transporting from roots to shoots was the main reason why the B efficient cultivar grew better than the B inefficient one under the condition of B deficiency. The Ca uptake and distribution was also affected by B deficiency, but there was not significant difference between both cotton cultivars.
