林木菌根生物工程

摘    要:论述了林木菌根生物工程的主要内容,包括菌根状态的测定和评价、菌根真菌的收集和选择、菌剂的研制及生产、林木菌根化技术等;阐明了菌根真菌的种类及其繁殖体类型和数量、繁殖体与菌根侵染区(MIZ)距离、根部可溶性碳水化合物的组成和含量、根的类型及生长、环境条件等影响林木菌根化的主要因素,并通过调控这些因子提出了林木菌根化新途径——截根菌根化;重点介绍我国在该领域的最新成果“截根菌根化应用及其机理的研究”;综述了世界林木菌根生物工程研究概况和在该领域内先进国家所取得的进展;从解决环境问题、生态问题和森林问题的角度展望“菌根生物技术”成为21世纪林业科技支柱的前景和需要进一步加强研究的问题。

Abstract:The paper describes the principles of Mycorrhizal Biotechnology of Forest Trees, including determination and evaluation of mycorrhiza state for the tree species, collection and selection of surperior species or stains of mycorrhizal fungi, development and production of the inocula,mycorrhization techniques for forest trees, and so on. The factors affecting mycorrhization of forest trees are analyzed,and by controlling these factors,the new technigues, mycorrhization by section through the premary roots, is presented. The new achievements in the field in China and abroad are reported.Based on these results it was demonstrated that the prospect for the Mycorrhizal Biotechnology to become the scientific and technological pillar of forestry in the 21st century.The findings suggest that further research into combining the new technology、microbiological and biochemical enjinerring with the tradition forestry management system would be worthwhile.
