苜蓿秋季刈割后再生形态指标与其抗寒性关系的研究

摘    要:以国内外5个不同苜蓿品种为试验材料,测定当年植株的秋季刈割后再生形态指标,以人工冷冻胁迫处理后的再生长率为衡量指标,初步筛选出用以评价苜蓿抗寒性能的秋季刈割后再生形态指标。结果表明,刈割后的再生形态指标中,被其他研究者用来测定秋眠性的秋季再生长高度与抗寒性的相关性不高,相关系数仅为-0.389。而早期生长量、秋季植株形态指数与抗寒性间均表现出了显著相关性(R=-0.828,R=0.838,P<0.05)。

Abstract:Five various alfalfa cultivars were used as materials, morphological characters after fall defoliation of sowing year were measured, and evaluated by regrowth ratio after controlled cold treatment. The results showed among the regrowth traits after fall defoliation, regrowth plants height was not correlative observably with coldhardiness since the correlative coefficient of them was just -0.389. But the phenotype score of fall regrowth after first cutting and early growth were correlative remarkably with coldhardiness (R=-0.828,R=0.838,P<0.05).
