杂交水稻米质与产量性状的典范相关分析

摘    要:本文通过对四川省杂交水稻区试优质米组1999~2005年307份(次)品种的全套米质分析资料和产量等农艺性状进行典范相关分析认为,大部分米质性状与农艺性状之间的直接相关关系并不密切,但仍有10.2%的相关系数达到显著以上的水平。在米质和产量这两组性状间的关联性中,由粒长、长宽比、糙米率与千粒重、每穗实粒数、产量、有效穗起了主要作用。以直链淀粉含量为核心的蒸煮品质和食口性,以及以垩白为代表的外观品质与产量和其构成因素是没有矛盾的,二者之间没有必然的联系。因而,通过遗传改良和相应的栽培技术是可以使二者有机结合,达到高产和优质的目的。

Abstract:The parameters of 12 grain quality and 9 yield collected from 307 hybrid rice entries in Sichuan Province Good Quality Trial from 1999 to 2005 were canonically analyzed.The results showed that:(i) There are not significantly close correlations among most characters controlling grain quality and yield,but 10.2 % of correlation coefficient is at 5 % significant level.(ii) Milled rice length(MRL),length-width ratio of milled rice(LWR),brown rice rate(BRR) and 1000-grain weight(GW),number of filled grains per panicle (NGP),grain yield(GY),and number of effective panicles(NEP) per hill,make major contribution in correlation with grain quality traits and yield traits.(iii) Cooking and eating quality associated with amylose content(AC) and apparent quality which is affected with chalky percentage,are not certainly correlated with grain yield and yield characters.So,high yield and good quality can be obtained through intelligent improvement and cultural practices.
