| 摘 要： | 对犬肌注BAX麻醉合剂（0.1ml/kg）进行麻醉效果观察。结果表明:BAX具有诱导平稳,诱导时间短（4.5±1.5min）,麻醉维持时间长（89.1±23.6min）,麻醉效果好,复苏平稳,无异常兴奋等特性。麻醉期间犬血液pH值略为下降（P>0.05）,Pco2上升（P<0.05）,SBE.Tco2变化不明显,血气参数和生理指标变化显示,犬有轻微呼吸性酸中毒趋势,但仍属正常生理变化范围。

| Abstract: | In this paper, effect of balanced anaesthesia mixture (BAX) was observed in anaesthesia of dog by intravenous injection (0.1 ml/kg). The results shown that BAX was smooth and short time of induce (4. 5+1.5 min) ,long of Anaes-thesica period, better in anaesthesia effect, smooth and on abnormal excitement, during the recovery phase. In the anesthetic period, it seemed that there were slight respiratory acidosis in dog according to the blood pH was slightly lower (P> 0. 05) and Pco2 was rose (P>0. 05),but it is abnormal in regular range. |
