| 摘 要： | 用气相色谱法测定蔬菜农药残留时,在NaCl的使用方式上把NY/T761-2004方法稍作变动,测定没有变动和变动后两种方式下的农药的添加回收率进行比较。试验结果,NaCl的使用方式稍作变动后,对所添加的农药的回收率没有显著影响,农药的添加回收率和相对标准偏差均符合农残分析要求。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this test was to simplify the workload in the pretreatment of determination of pesticide in vegetables by using a gas chromatography and to reduce the amount of labor.The method was that adding some pesticide standard example into the vegetable samples to make into some simulated standard samples and treated them in two ways by using sodium chloride,then determined the pesticide which were adding to them by using a gas chromatographyic method and calculated the recoveries of the pesticide,and the recoveries of the pesticide of both treatments were checked and studied.The results showed that different significance didn't exist between the both treatments,either recoveries of the pesticide or the relative standard deviations accorded with the demands in the determination of pesticide. |
