| 摘 要： | 简述了作物的诱变机理、诱变技术和分子标记技术、突变体的鉴定与筛选技术,结合近年来国内外诱变育种的研究进展,分析了作物诱变育种的主要发展方向,并展望了诱变育种的广阔前景。

| Abstract: | The mutagenic mechanism,mutagenic technology,molecular mark technology and identification and screening techniques of mutagenesis were summarized according to the research progress of mutation breeding in recent years.The main developing direction was analyzed,and the prospects of the mutation breeding was put forward. |
