| 摘 要： | Flaking on high-moisture corn(wet corn)by hot-air heating was studied in the paper.The wet-heating approach was beneficial to improve corn gelatinization by experimental results.By the experiments,a set of optimal parameters was obtained:hot- air temperature 120-130℃,heating duration 70 min,gap between rollers 0.5-1.0 mm,150-200 r?min-1 for rotational speed of rollers.
