南岭植被的研究

本文对我国南岭山地中,西段常绿阔叶林的生态特性、主要植被类型。所包含的热带区系成分及植被的垂直分布等进行了综合研究。对这一植被区中,西段在湖南境内的北部界限作了论述和讨论的同时,分析和比较了南岭东、中、西段的特点和差异。认为南岭各段常绿阔叶林的类型基本相同。因而应是一个自然的植被区,东段和西段的主要区别在于:西段受云贵高原和华中植物区系的影响较大,在植被的种类组成上差异明显;西段中山落叶阔叶树种类和温带植物区系成分比较丰富,常绿落叶阔叶混交林分布范围较广。而越向东移,常绿阔叶林的分布范围愈广,华南区系成分愈多。

SURVEY OF VEGETATION OF NANLING MOUNT AINS

A comprehensive study has been conducted on the ecological charaCterics of the evergreen broad-leaved forest, main vegetation types, tropical flora components, and vertical distribution of vegetation in the middle and west sections of the Nanling Mountains. The northern boundary within Hunan province of these two sections has been discussed, and the characteristics and variations of the east, middle and west sections have been analysed and compared. It is concluded that the types of the vegetation of theevergreen broad-leaved forests in the three sections are bas cally identical, and the Nanling Mountains should be considered as a natural vegetation region. The differences between the east and west sections are as follows: the floristic components in the west section are influenced by both the flora of Yunnan-Guizhou plateau and the flora of Central China, resulting in the significant difference of species components in these two sections; the area of intermediate elevation in the west section is comparatively rich in decidous broad-leaved tree species and temperate flora components, with wide distribution of evergreen and decidous broad-leaved mixed forests. The distribution area of the evergreen forests and the floristic components of South China increase from west to east.
