摘    要:随着冷冻精液技术的发展,抗氧化剂作为精液稀释液中必不可少的一类成分,在降低精子的氧化损伤、提高精子活力质量上起到了关键的作用。文章对近些年来国内科研团队所使用的抗氧化剂进行综述,总结其对精液品质提升改善的能力,为猪精液冷冻技术的发展提供理论依据和参考。

Abstract:With the development of frozen semen technology, antioxidants, as an essential component of semen diluent, play a key role in reducing the oxidative damage of sperm and improving the quality of sperm motility. In this paper, the antioxidants used by the domestic research teams in recent years were reviewed, and the ability of improving semen quality was observed to provide theoretical basis and reference for the development of pig semen freezing technology.
