摘    要:拟茎点霉菌(Phomopsis sp.)会引起作物、水果以及树木等植物发病。为筛选较好的防治药剂及其浓度,本研究采用室内抑菌法对6种药剂进行了测定。结果表明,苯甲·氟酰胺、唑醚·代森联、寡糖·乙蒜素、吡唑醚菌酯4种药剂有较好的抑制效果,其中苯甲·氟酰胺抑制效果最好。将4种药剂分别以5种不同浓度对拟茎点霉菌进行毒力测定。结果表明,苯甲·氟酰胺效果最为明显,以浓度为0.890mL.L-1抑制效果最佳,唑醚·代森联和吡唑醚菌酯的抑制效果次之,寡糖·乙蒜素的抑制效果最差。

Indoor Toxicity Test of Six Medicament to Phomopsis sp.
Abstract:Phomopsis sp. can cause diseases of crops, fruits, trees and other plants. In order to screen better fungicides and their concentrations, six fungicides were screened by indoor bacteriostatic method. The results showed that the four kinds of fungicides had good inhibitory effects, among which Benzo·fluoroamide was the best. The virulence of four fungicides was tested with five different concentrations. The results showed that the effect of Benzo·fluoroamide was the most obvious, and the inhibition effect of 0.890mL.L-1 was the best , the second was Zoletil·dysenin and Pyrazolyl ester, and the worst was Oligosaccharide·allicin .
