新型酵素微生物套餐肥在苹果种植上的应用效果研究

摘    要:本研究以苹果为试验材料,采用酵素微生物套餐肥,对比常规施肥,研究酵素微生物套餐肥在苹果种植上的应用效果。试验结果表明:采用酵素微生物套餐肥对比常规施肥,在土壤肥力上,能显著提高土壤微生物、有机质、速效磷含量,菌活提高0.7亿/g,有机质增加9.7%,较好的活化土壤;在树体健壮上,能极显著地增加叶片厚度和重量,提高光合、加快干物质积累,增强植株抗性;在果实品质和产量上,增加了苹果单果重及产量,每667cm2增产484kg,改善了果实口感及品质,可溶性糖、维生素C、糖酸比、果胶分别较常规果增加25.9%、 52.3%、42.9%、13.4%。应用实践证明:酵素微生物套餐肥是一套相对理想的绿色生态施肥方案。

Research on the application effect of ferment microbial package fertilizers on Apple planting
Abstract:In this study, Apple was used as the experimental material to study the application effect of enzyme microbe package fertilizer in Apple planting by comparing with conventional fertilization. The results showed that the enzyme microbial package fertilizer could significantly increase the content of soil microorganism, organic matter and available phosphorus in soil fertility compared with conventional fertilization, increasing the activity of bacteria by 700 million cfu / g, increasing the organic matter by 9.7%, making soil better. In the tree ,it could significantly increase the thickness and weight of leaves, improve photosynthesis and accelerate dry matter accumulation. In fruit quality and yield, it increased fruit weight by 484kg per mu. It improved the fruit taste and quality. Respectively increasing soluble sugar, vitamin C, sugar acid ratio and pectin by 25.9%,52.3%,42.9%,13.4%. It has been proved that the ferment microorganism package fertilizer is a relatively ideal green ecological fertilization scheme.
