瓜类蔬菜组织培养综述

摘    要:建立高效的瓜类蔬菜离体培养再生体系是瓜类蔬菜遗传转化中的一项关键性基础工作。本文综述了瓜类蔬菜组织培养过程中可能的影响因素,如基因型、外植体类型及生理状态、培养基、生长调节物质等主要因素对植株再生的影响,分析了目前瓜类蔬菜组织培养中存在的问题,并指出今后的研究方向。

A Review of Tissue Culture of Melon Vegetables

Abstract:It is a key basic work in the genetic transformation of cucurbit vegetables to establish an efficient in vitro culture and regeneration system. In this paper, the possible influencing factors in the process of tissue culture of melon vegetables, such as genotype, explant type and physiological state, culture medium, growth regulators and other major factors on plant regeneration, were reviewed. The problems existing in the tissue culture of melon vegetables were analyzed, and the research direction in the future was pointed out.
