摘    要:重阳木锦斑蛾(Histia rhodope)是专食重阳木叶片、食量惊人,对重阳木会造成严重的危害。通过在漯河市城区重阳木锦斑蛾的危害情况调查中,采集到了被真菌寄生的重阳木锦斑蛾僵虫带回实验室进行了分离纯化,并进行了人工饲养条件下回接。实验结果表明,喷雾和干孢子粉接种情况下寄生率分别为49.4%和68.1%,通过形态学和ITS序列的测序分析确定分离到的菌株CMY为黄曲霉(Aspergillus flavus)。

Isolation and identification of a fungus parasitizing on Historia rhodope
Abstract:Hisia rhodope was a special food for the leaves of bishopwood(Bischofia polycarpa), and its food intake was amazing, which caused serious harm to bishopwood. Through the investigation of the damage situation of bishopwood in the urban area of Luohe City, the cadaver of Hisia rhodope parasitized by the fungus were collected and brought back to the laboratory for isolation and purification. Then, they were inoculated under artificial rearing conditions. The experimental results showed that the parasitic rates were 49.4% and 68.1% under spray and dry spore powder inoculation, respectively. The morphological and ITS sequence sequencing analysis confirmed that the isolated strain CMY was Aspergillus flavus.
