| 摘 要： | 考察了税费改革后乡村政治精英形成所发生的变化,以农村中国家与社会关系的变化为背景分析了其对乡村政治精英形成产生的影响,分别讨论了乡镇政府、普通村民对乡村政治精英的期望改变以及体制环境的宽松对乡村政治精英形成产生的影响。

| Abstract: | The changes of village politic elites' formation after the tax reform were inspected.The effect of the tax reform on village politic elites' formation was analyzed under the background of the relationship change between country and society.The expectation change of the township government,the ordinary villagers on village politic elite and the effect of the institutional environment for rural liberal elite formation were discussed. |
