摘    要:文中研究了不同利用强度对羊草草原土壤中几种主要酶活性和养分含量的影响.结果表明:轻度放牧有利于土壤中转化酶和蛋白酶活性的增加,随放牧强度的增加会抑制其活性的增加.不同强度的放牧均导致脲酶、多酚氧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性的增加;轻度放牧使草原土壤中的养分含量增加,有利于土壤肥力的提高,随放牧强度的增加,逐渐抑制全磷和速效氮含...

Abstract:In this research we studied the different use intensity of Leymus chinensis grassland soil for several major enzyme activities and nutrient contents.The results showed that light grazing is good to the increase of enzyme activities.Increase of grazing intensity may inhibit enzyme activity.Different intensities of grazing all contribute to urease,polyphenol oxidase and catalase activity increase.Light grazing increases soil nutrient content,and is conducive to the improvement of soil fertility.With the grazi...
