谷物联合收割机径向进气风扇的性能分析

摘    要:分析了气体在风扇叶轮中的运动和速度三角形.试验结果表明,径向进气风扇比离心式风扇具有更好的工作性能,其流量系数和压力系数较大,气流速度沿横向分布比较均匀,风扇宽度能够按需要选择,可以应用于脱粒机、清洗机和大型联合收割机.为此,讨论了节流调节和变速调节对风扇特性的影响,指出径向进气风扇进气口的节流调节具有节流效能良好、结构简单和使用方便等特点.

Abstract:This paper analyzed the motion and velocity triangle of the air flow in the fan impeller. The analyses and results of the experiment indicated that, the radial intake fan has better capability compared to the centrifugal intake fan. The reasons is that, the radial intake fan has larger traffic coefficient and pressure coefficient, better air flow uniformity in landscape orientation, more flexible choice of the fan width based on needs, moreover, it works better on threshers, cleaning machines and good-sized reapers. In the following part, the affection of throttling governing and variable speed control on the characteristics of fan will be discussed in detail. And how does the radial intake fan perform better throttling governing functions, have simpler structures, and be easier to use compared with the centrifugal intake fan.
