摘    要:应用抗热应激添加剂在夏季高温 ( 2 9.5℃以上 )条件下对 43 2羽 2 60日龄的新罗曼褐产蛋鸡群进行分组防制试验 ,结果显示 :抗热应激添加剂Ⅰ号能显著提高产蛋率 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,极显著增加平均每枚蛋重 (P <0 .0 1) ,极显著降低破蛋率 (P <0 .0 1)及平均料蛋比 ,可以认为是一种效果良好的添加剂

Abstract:An experiment was designed to verify the effect of three dietary additives on performance of laying hens under high environmental temperature (29.5 to 36.5 C). Four hundred and thirty two hens (260d of age) were allotted to individual wire cages. The four experimental treatments were then allotted randomly among the blocks. The control birds received basal diet. Three other groups (treatment I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ) were fed with basal diet plus additive Ⅰ、Ⅱor Ⅲ respectively. Results showed that birds subjected to the additiveⅠtreatment had consistently higher performance than the birds under other three treatments. Percentage points for ten day production and average daily egg weight were increased significantly (P<0.05). Percentage points for damaged eggs and ratio of diet to egg were more decreased (P<0.01). These results indicated that additiveⅠwas beneficial to improving laying hens' performance during periods of high environmental temperatures.
