杂交组合灰色评判在大豆高产和高油育种中的应用

摘    要:运用灰色系统理论和方法,对30个大豆杂交组合进行灰色评判,以期为大豆新品种选育提供科学依据。结果表明:以高产为育种目标时,通农13×SAPPRO、通农13×ARIRA、通农13×EXP等9个组合综合性状表现优秀,被评为1级组合;2002系选×EXP、吉林35×PEMVy、吉林38×PEMVy等11个组合表现良好,被评为2级组合;其余10个组合表现一般,为3级组合。以高油为育种目标时,通农13×SAPPRO、吉林38×SAPPRO、通农13×EXP等9个组合综合性状表现优秀,被评为1级组合;2002系选×PEMVy、通农13×意3、吉林47×ARIRA等11个组合表现良好,被评为2级组合;其余10个组合表现一般,为三3级组合。一级组合在下年度应当扩大种植规模,并在以后的各世代中重点选择。二级组合在杂种后代中适当注意选择优良单株,三级组合若没有特殊优点,应淘汰。

Abstract:Grey system theory and methods were used in order to value 30 hybrid combinations of soybean. The scientific basis of soybean breeding was provided by grey evaluation. The results showed that: When yield was as a breeding target, 9 combinations, for example, 'Tongnong13'× SAPPRO, 'Tongnong13' × ARIRA, 'Tongnong13'× EXP etc., of which comprehensive characters showed the best and were awarded the first-class combination. 11 combinations, for example, 2002 lines× EXP, 'Jilin35' × PEMVy, 'Jilin38' ×PEMVy etc., performed the better and were rated as second-class combination. The remaining 10 combinations were in general and rated as the third-class combination. When fat content was as a breeding target, 9 combinations, for example, 'Tongnongl3'× SAPPRO, 'Jilin38' ×SAPPRO, 'Tongnong13'× EXP etc., which comprehensive characters showed the best and were awarded the first-class combination. 11 combinations, for example, 2002 lines× PEMVy, 'Tongnong13'× 'Yi3', 'Jilin47'× ARIRA etc. performed the better and was rated as second-class combination. The remaining 10 combinations were in general and rated as the third-class combination. First-class combinations should be expanded to the scale of cultivation in next year, and were selected carefully in all subsequent generations. High quality plants were selected in hybrid offspring in second-class combinations. Third-class combinations, if there are no special advantages, should be eliminated.
