小麦多小穗材料的同工酶分析

摘    要:本文采用聚丙烯酰胺电泳法,对普通小麦10-A,88-1643,川育12号及三交后 代十个不同小穗数目的单株材料的灌浆期种子进行了酯酶和过氧化物同工酶分 析。结果表明:不同小穗数目的材料及亲本的酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶谱无明 显大的差异,只是个别弱带活性有强弱之分,以及个别痕迹带有数目的增减, 这些微小差异都不与小穗数目的增减呈规律性变化.因此不能用这两种同工酶 分析法来探讨普通小麦小穗数这一性状的遗传规律。

Abstract:Using plyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,the esterase and peroxidase isozyme have been analysed for seed at the fill sap stage of common wheat 10-A, 38-1643. Chuanyu 12 and the three parents hybride generation; the generation individual was divided into ten groups according to the numbers of the syikelets, The results showed that esterase and peroxidase of the different spikelet individuals and their parents were similar. There only exists difference in few weak and trace pattern, and tie difference in isozyme pattern has nothing with varition in the numbers of the spikelets.
