基于ArcGIS县级土地利用数据建库效率和精度的方法探讨

县级土地利用数据库的建设对于提高土地资源科学规划和合理开发利用水平,加快实现国土资源信息的规范化、科学化具有重要意义，然而其建设的效率和精度问题亦不容忽视。因此，本文重点对建库过程中数学基础的建立、矢量化的方法选择、拓扑成面细碎多边形的处理、质量控制方法等关键技术进行了探讨，为以后土地利用数据库的建设提供了借鉴意义。

Discussion on the methods of the county level land-use database counsruction efficiency and accuracy based on ArcGIS

The construction of land-use database is very important and helpful for advancing the level of scientific programming and reasonable exploitation and utilization of land resources as well as for making the information of state-land resources standardization and scientificalness. However , the problemes of the construction efficiency and accuracy cann’t be neglected. The paper tries its best to discuss the key technique in the process of the database construction such as the key technique to establish mathematical foundation, selection of vectorization method, disposal of topology-fragment polygon , the method of quality control and so on, which provide the realistic significance for the Land-use database construction in future.
