| 摘 要： | 重功利、轻理想信念,重个性自由、轻纪律约束,是当前部分高校教师存在的主要问题。这种价值取向的失衡表现在教学上,对学生的品德教育不够,育人意识淡薄。应强化师德和学风校风建设,以"八荣八耻"引领校园文化建设,以师德建设促进教风的根本性好转。
