| 摘 要： | 通过绘制往复式标准型切割器的切割图,对其在不同进距下的割茬高度进行了分析,得出降低割茬的关键在于减小作物茎秆被动刀横向或纵向推移的距离的结论,并进行了论证。据此提出了窄节距低割茬切割器的设计依据。该切割器制作完成后,证明切割效果良好。

| Abstract: | The cutting diagrams of standard reciprocating cutting apparatuses are drawn. The paper analyses the stubble heights of the different steps. The conclusion of that the key of lowing stubble is reducing the distance pushed by moving cutter is made, and it is demonstrated. The paper gives the design of the narrow pitch and lower stubble cutting apparatus. After the cutting apparatus being made, the effectiveness is proved to be sound. |
