| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨不同生态型东南景天对Cd的耐性和富集能力的差异。[方法]通过水培试验，研究东南景天矿山和非矿山2种生态型植物在不同cd供应水平下的生长情况以及体内Cd含量的变化。[结果]非矿山生态型东南景天忍耐环境Cd胁迫的临界浓度是100μmoL／L，而矿山生态型东南景天是400μmol／L。随着供Cd水平的提高，2种生态型植物各部分的Cd含量均呈升高的趋势。非矿山生态型东南景天叶和茎中的最大cd含量分别为493和934mg／kg（DW），而矿山生态型东南景天叶和茎中的最大Cd含量分别为4933和3874mg／kg（DW）。在相同供Cd水平下，非矿山生态型东南景天各部分的Cd含量大小次序为根〉茎〉叶；而矿山生态型东南景天各部分的Cd含量大小次序为叶〉茎〉根。[结论]水培条件下，东南景天矿山生态型比非矿山生态型具有更强的忍耐、吸收和向地上部转运Cd的能力。
