Ca2+对黄瓜花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响

摘    要:采用花粉液体培养法研究了Ca2 对黄瓜花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:花粉放在没有外源Ca2 的培养液中,花粉萌发率稍低,但仍能萌发与生长,说明外源Ca2 并不是花粉萌发必需的。10-4mol/L的游离Ca2 最有利于花粉的萌发,EGTA对花粉萌发和花粉管的生长有抑制作用,但外源的Ca2 可以逆转EGTA的抑制作用。

Abstract:The results of studying the effects of Ca~(2 ) on pollen germination and tube growth in cucumber by cultivating pollens in liquid media showed that Ca~(2 ) stimulated pollen germination and tube growth when pollen was cultivated in its lower concentration media.The results showed that Ca~(2 )content was not obviously related to germination and tube length of pollen.The free of Ca~(2 ) at 10~(-4)(mol/L) was favored to pollen germination.The EGTA at 10~(-3) mol/L had the obvious inhibitory effect on pollen germination and pollen tube growth.But this function was reversed by Ca~(2 ).
