摘    要:利用固体生物质气化建立小规模分布式热电联供系统需要廉价而有效的热电转换设备,比较适合的小型设备有微型燃气轮机和燃料电池,这两种设备要求的燃气热值较高,属中热值燃气。因此,在小规模分布式热电联供系统中生物质的气化需要一种能够产生中热值燃气、操作方便和安全可靠的气化炉。这种中热值燃气是依靠生物质间接气化获得,而高温热管间接供热是效果最好的一种供热方式。为此。开发了一种新型间接供热的热管式生物质气化炉,以满足分布式热电联供系统转换设备的要求。

Abstract:Small-scale decentralized combined heat and power production from solid biomass requires cheap and efficient systems for the conversion to heat and power. Suitable small-scale engines like gas turbines and fuel cells necessitate fuel gases with medium heating values. Especially the conversion of solid biomass in small-scale decentralized plants therefore demands a small-scale gasifier which is able to produce medium heating value fuel gases by means of allothermal gasification. High temperature heat pipes are the best option for providing the required heat into indirectly heated gasifiers. A novel indirectly heated biomass gasifier using heat pipe has been development to grant the demand for the conversion to heat and power.
