摘    要:建立同时测定西洋参中7种人参皂苷含量的快速检测方法.方法:采用超高效液相色谱法,ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 ×50mm,1.7μm),以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速:0.5ml/min,柱温35℃,进样体积2μL,检测波长203 nm.结果:人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rb3、Rd存在良好线性关系,线性范围分别为0.0067~0.334mg/ml,0.0151~0.756 mg/ml,0.0130~0.649 mg/ml,0.0043~0.217 mg/ml,0.0044~0.221mg/ml,0.0085~0.424 mg/ml,0.0086~0.43 mg/ml.结论:该方法准确、重现性好,可用于西洋参中人参皂苷含量测定.

Determination of Seven Ginsenosides in Root of Panax quinguefolium L.by UPLC

Abstract:To develop the method for the content determination of seven ginsenoside in Panax ginseng. Method:This assay was performed on ACQUITY BEH C18(2.1 mm ×50 mm, 1.7 μm) column with acetonitr/le-water as mobile phase in gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.5mL min-1.The column temperature was 35℃.The injection volume was 2μL.And the detection wavelength was 203 nm. Result: There was a good linear relationship among ginsenosides Rg 1, Re, Rb 1, Rc, Rb2, Rb3, Rd in 0.0067 -0.334mg/ml,0.0151-0.756 mg/ml,0.0130 -0.649 mg/ml,0.0043 -0.217 mg/ml,0.0044- 0.221mg/ml,0.0085-0.424 mg/ml,0.0086-0.43 mg/ml respectively. Conclusion:this method is accurate and good reproducibility suitable for the measurement of ginsenosides in the roots of Panax quinguefolium L.
