摘    要:目的 为了研究吉林省部分地区人参中硒元素的含量.方法 取4年5年生生晒参及4年5年生红参若干,活性参及高丽参各一只,消化后用氢化物原子荧光光度计检测.结果 人参中硒含量随着生长年份的增长而有所增高.结论 吉林省产的人参硒含量较高,适宜食用.

Abstract:Objective In order to study the contents of selenium in ginseng from parts of Jilin province. Method The samples from four year and five year ginseng and several four year and five year red ginseng , active ginseng and Korea senate. Each sample is extracted and detected by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results: The content of selenium from ginseng is increased as the age grows. Conclusion: Ginseng contains rich selenium and it can be used for a kind of edible food.
