| Abstract: | The nitrate content of different cultivars of celeriac was determined during the three years. The results showed very high variations. Some cultivars always showed a relatively high content, others a relatively low.Research subsidized by the  Instituut tot Aanmoediging van het Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek in Nijverheid en Landbouw (I.W.O.N.L.) . |
