摘    要:对我国水稻条纹病毒 (Rice stripe virus,RSV) 7个分离物的致病性和化学组分进行了测定 .结果表明 ,RSV各分离物之间存在明显的致病性差异 ,据此可分为 3组 ,但组内分离物之间致病性又有所不同 .第 1组致病性最强 ,包括北京双桥(SQ)、辽宁盘锦 (PJ)分离物 ,其中 PJ所致病害发病率最高 ,而 SQ所致病害症状最严重 ;第 2组包括云南的宜良 (YL)、保山(BS)分离物、上海嘉定 (JD)、福建龙岩 (LY)分离物 ,致病性次强 ,其中 YL、BS分离物较 JD、LY强 ;第 3组为山东济宁 (JN)分离物 ,致病性最弱 .但各分离物之间的病害特异性蛋白、外壳蛋白和核酸各组分的电泳迁移率没有明显差异

Abstract:Difference of pathogenicity and chemical components among seven isolates of Rice stripe virus in China was detected. The results indicated that these isolates could be divided into three groups. First group included PJ and SQ isolates, which showed the highest degree of pathogenesis. Second group contained YL, BS, LY and JD isolates, showed middle degree of pathogenesis, but among these four isolates, the degree of pathogenesis of YL and BS isolates was higher than that of LY and JD isolates. JN isolate belonged to third group, showed the lowest incidence and mildest symptom. Even though the pathogenic differentiation existed among seven isolates, there were no detectable differences in coat protein (CP), disease specific protein (SP) and components of nucleic acid among these isolates.
