| 摘 要： | 测定了植物内生细菌yc8对油菜菌核病菌的抑菌活性.研究结果表明,yc8对油菜菌核病菌菌丝有强烈的溶菌作用,EC50为10.14%.光学显微镜观察证实,yc8发酵液处理后可造成病原菌细胞畸形、胞内物质外泄和细胞壁崩溃.植物离体组织抑菌作用测定结果表明.先喷发酵液后接菌比先接菌后喷发酵液防治效果更明显.

| Abstract: | The inhibitory activity of entophytic bacteria yc8 isolated from rape to Sclertinia sclerotiorum was surveyed.The results showed that the fermentation liquid of yc8 could strongly inhibit the hypha growth of pathogen.And EC50 value was 10.14 %.Observation under microscope found out that the substances excreted by endophyte bacteria yc8 could cause S.a sclerotiorum cells deformities,cell wall collapse and the material inside cell wall leaking.The yc8 had strong effect on the hypha of S.sclerotiorum.Results of plant tissue tests in vitro showed that spraying with fermentation liquid before putting on the pathogen could effectively control the disease. |
