盐胁迫下8种草花种子萌发特性的比较

以万寿菊、翠菊、雏菊、百日草、牵牛花、金鱼草、鸡冠花和一串红为材料,比较盐胁迫下8种草花种子萌发特性,设置0(CK)、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%、0.9%NaCl溶液6个处理,测定8种草花在不同盐浓度下的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数。试验结果表明,盐胁迫下这些草花种子的萌发均受到不同程度的抑制,随着盐浓度的提高,种子萌发受到的抑制作用增大。8种草花种子萌发期耐盐能力由强至弱依次为:万寿菊、百日草、一串红、牵牛花、翠菊、鸡冠花,雏菊和金鱼草。
