盐胁迫对多花胡枝子种子萌发及生理特性的影响

摘    要:对冠山、金山寺、黑山寨3个耐盐性不同的野生多花胡枝子材料的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根胚芽比值及SOD、POD和质膜透性等指标在盐胁迫下的表现进行了分析。结果表明,0.2%~0.6%盐浓度各指标能反映出很好的变化趋势,区分性好,而0.8%~1.0%盐浓度下各项指标均很低,不宜作为野生多花胡枝子耐盐性评价的盐浓度。0.6%以内盐浓度的相对发芽率、相对发芽指数与胚根胚芽比及变化量相结合的综合评价法最简便易行,可作为野生多花胡枝子耐盐性评价的首选指标。

Abstract:Three accessions of Lespedeza floribunda collected in Guanshan,Jinshansi and Heishanzhai,respectively,were tested for their saline tolerance by germination rate,germination potential,the ratio of radicle and embryo,the activity of POD and SOD and membrane permeability.The result showed that under saline stress treatment of 0.2%~0.6% NaCl concentrations,all of the indicators reflected excellent variation trend and distinguishability,while under 0.8%~1.0% the indicators were so low that the saline concentrati...
