不同基因型大豆叶片蔗糖合成酶活性变化动态的研究

摘    要:选用6个不同基因型的大豆品种,运用框栽的方法,研究了大豆蔗糖合成酶(SS)含量的变化动态。结果表明:大豆叶片SS分解方向的活性在幼嫩叶片中呈先升高后降低的趋势,成熟叶片仅表现出有下降的趋势,但不同品种间没有显著差异;合成方向的酶活性在不同品种间、不同叶位上未表现出一致的规律性;SS分解方向的酶活性极显著高于合成方向的酶活性,说明在大豆叶片中SS主要起分解蔗糖的调节作用;SS活性与大豆叶片中的蔗糖含量间具有正相关性,其中绥农14和不结瘤大豆的幼嫩叶片中SS合成方向的酶活性与蔗糖含量间达到了显著水平(r值分别为0.765和0.732);不结瘤大豆成熟叶片的SS分解方向的酶活性与蔗糖含量间具有极显著的正相关性(r=0.986)。
