安徽省建设用地集约利用潜力分析·控制方案和政策建议

从城镇用地潜力、农村居民用地潜力2个方面分析了安徽省建设用地节约利用潜力,从城乡居民点总用地规模控制方案和城镇用地规模控制方案2个方面构建了建设用地控制方案,提出了加快农村建设用地整理、采取有效措施消化城镇存量建设用地中的空闲地等促进土地集约与节约利用的制度性建议。

Intensive Use Potential Analysis, Control Approaches and Policy Suggestions of Construction Land in Anhui Province

From two aspects of urban land potential and rural residential land potential,the saving use potential of construction land in Anhui Province was analyzed.From two aspects of total land use scale control scheme of rural residents and urban land scale control scheme,the control scheme of construction land was constructed.Some system suggestions for promoting the land intensive use and saving use were put forward,such as quickening the coordination of rural construction land and taking effective measures to assimilate the existing leisure land in urbam construction land.
