牦牛瘤胃液游离氨浓度、pH值和温度的变化动态

利用瘤胃瘘管采样测定了甘肃天祝放牧牦牛瘤胃内游离氨浓度、pH 值和温度的变化动态,试验期内瘤胃游离氨浓度、pH 值、温度的平均值在8:00时分别为6.78mg/100mL、6.58、37.6℃;在10:00时分别为6.76mg/100mL、6.42、38.2℃.游离氨浓度日内变幅低于日间,温度和游离氨浓度的高峰值与 pH 值的低峰值对应出现.

Dynamic of Ammonia,pH and Temperature in Rumen of Grazing Yak

A cannulated grazing yak was used to determine the dynamic of ammonia content,pH and temperature in rumen. The result indicated that the average contents of ammonia, pH values and temperature in rurnen were 6.78mg/100mL,6.58 and 37.6℃ at 8:00 respectively, and 6.76mg/100mL,6.42 and 38.2℃ at 10:00 respectively. The variance range of ammonia content was lower during the daytime than that during the night. The temperature and ammonia content reached their peaks while the pH value reached its lowest.
