山东推广小麦品种籽粒物理及面粉品质性状的研究

摘    要:以山东近年推广种植的24个小麦品种为试材,对其籽粒物理品质性状,包括千粒重、容重和角质率;面粉品质性状,包括出粉率、沉淀值、干湿面筋等指标进行了测定和聚类分析,并对各性状指标间进行了相关分析,旨在为山东有计划地进行小麦品质改良提供信息和依据。

Grain Physical Characteristics and Flour Quality of Wheat Varieties Widely Grown in Shandong Province
Abstract:おwenty-four wheat varieties popularized in Shandong Province were studied on their grain physical characteristics and flour quality characteristics,including 100-grain weight,unit weight,lutin rate,flour rate,sedimentation values and so on.In this study cluster analysis and correlation analysis were carried out to get some information and evidences for improvement of characteristics and quality of wheat varieties widely grown in Shandong Province.
