黄淮地区大豆花叶病毒株系鉴定

摘    要:用8个大豆品种作为一组株系鉴别品种,将黄淮豆区7省1市202个毒株划分为7个株系(y1~y7)。y1~y2为弱毒株系,仅侵染感病品种(1138-2、文丰5号);y3~y5为中毒株系,分别侵染感病和中抗品种(齐黄10号、徐豆1号、诱变30、鲁豆4号),y6~y7为强毒株系,y6除密荚1号外侵染齐黄22等7个品种,y7侵染所有8个鉴别品种,引起叶脉坏死症状。全区以弱毒株系为主(559%),中毒株系占287%,强毒株系占153%。明确了各地区株系的分布与流行趋势。株系分布具有一定的稳定性。

Classification and Distribution of Soybean Mosaic Virus Strains on Huang-huai Plain of China
Abstract:wo hundred and two plants of soybean mosaic virus(SMV)collected from seven provinces and one city were identified and classified into seven strains based on disease reactions of inoculated eight soybean varieties.Among them the y1-y2 were less virulence strains which only infected susceptible varieties as Nanjing 1138-2 and Wenfeng 5,y3-y5 were medium virulence strains which could infect the susceptible or medium resistant varieties as Qihuang 10,Xudou 1,Youbian 30 and Ludou 4,and y6-y7 were high virulence strains which infected seven or all eight varieties.Distribution of the seven strains on Huang-Huai plain was ascertained.
