K、V型杂种小麦主要性状的配合力分析

利用５（Ａ）×２（Ｒ）杂交的１０个杂种及其亲本，进行了主要性状的配合力分析。结果表明，１４９、冀５４１８和ＪＮ—１３为３个配合力较好的亲本；由ＬＫ７８３配制组合的ＳＣＡ效应值较高。Ｋ１４９ＡＪＮ—１３、Ｋ８３（３７）６５ＡＬＫ７８３和Ｋ郑州８９１ＡＬＫ７８３为三个高产优势强的组合。一个亲本的优劣应根据ＧＣＡ，结合ＳＣＡ的效应值评价，ＳＣＡ的高低是Ｋ、Ｖ型杂种优势强弱的主导因素。

Combining Ability Analysis of Major Characters of K- and V-cytoplasmic Hybrid Wheat

Analysis of combining ability of major characters in 10 hybrids (5(A)×2(R))and their parents showed that the parents of 149,Jin 5418 and JN-13 had higher combining ability,and the SCA effect of the combinations of LK783 was higher.K149AJN-13,K83(37)65ALK783 and K Zhengzhou 891ALK783 were high_yielding and strong_dominance combinations.As a result,evaluating a parent should combining GCA and SCA,and SCA was the major factor affecting K- and V-cytoplasmic hybrid dominance.
