| 摘 要： | 对15个冬小麦品种(系)、不同种类的性状、采用4种聚类方法——模糊聚类法、最短距离法、最长距离法、类平均法,进行了分类结果的对比,表明了不同分类性状对分类结果的影响,确定了在专家经验分类中所着重的株高、生育部、叶部和穗部等21个性状.讨论了分类性状选择中应注意的问题.

Classification of Drought Resistance Ecotypes in Winter Wheat |

| Abstract: | Comparison of classification results On drought resistance ecotypes of winter wheat with different numbers and kinds of trait and fifteen varieties(line)were made by means of four methods of cluster analysis,the method of nearest distance,group-average,fuzzy cluster. The results showed that the choice of classification traits has a important effect on the results of classification. Twenty one traits which have an important role in the experiment classification of experts were determined by the comparisons of cluster analysis results. Some problems on the choice of classification traits were discussed. |
